On your wedding day, the main role of a coordinator is to ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly and to discretely handle any problems that arise. We are the liaison between you and your vendors, to include: the venue, your caterer, decorators, florist, entertainment, and photographer. We will seamlessly coordinate the inclusion of your family, friends, and loved ones into your special day.

• One complimentary meeting the month before the wedding (venue walkthrough) to discuss expectations and details.

• Unlimited email/text/phone communication

• Wedding planning spreadsheet to assist in creating your itinerary and thinking through all details.

• Review of draft schedule for the wedding.

• Communication with vendors to confirm details the week before the wedding.

• Coordination and attendance at the wedding rehearsal.

On the wedding day you can expect:

• Behind-the-scenes set up, cues and assistance in orchestrating your ceremony.

• Coordination of reception details: favors, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.

• Assistance throughout the day to ensure your wedding runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out.

• Prevent and/or fix any problems that may arise during the event.

• Two coordinators at the ceremony/reception.

• Event cleanup to venue specifications.
