We are offering a special package for this lovely venue that started it all for Vows and Vines!  If you are looking for a rustic intimate Nineteenth Century Barn for your wedding of 145 guests or less, The Barns at Hamilton Station is a must-see on your venue tour!

 

This package is for the couple who has planned everything in advance and only wants assistance on their wedding day to ensure their day runs smoothly. For your month-of wedding needs where your venue has an on-site coordinator, but a wedding planner is recommended/required. Starting at 6 weeks out, we will be there to take care of those final stress-filled details in the last month of your wedding planning.

 

This package includes:

 

• One complimentary meeting the month before the wedding (Venue walkthrough) to discuss expectations and details.

• Unlimited email/text/phone communication

• Wedding planning spreadsheet to assist in creating your itinerary and thinking through all details.

• Review of draft schedule for the wedding.

• Communication with vendors to confirm details the week before the wedding.

• Coordination and attendance at the wedding rehearsal.

On the wedding day you can expect:

​

• Behind-the-scenes set up, cues and assistance in orchestrating your ceremony.

• Coordination of reception details: favors, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.

• Assistance throughout the day to ensure your wedding runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out.

• Prevent and/or fix any problems that may arise during the event.

• Two coordinators at the ceremony/reception.

• Event Space clean up to Venue specifications.
